FAQ

How do we place an order?

Most buyers start with a sample. When the coffee works, we quote directly, send a Square invoice, and release a delivery order to the carrier after payment terms are confirmed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Square invoices support ACH and credit card. Credit card pricing is grossed up for processing fees.

Can you hold coffee after purchase?

Short holds can be discussed, but the plan should be explicit before invoicing so warehouse handling stays clean.

Do you support partial pickups?

Yes, when the pickup plan is clear. Ask before booking so we can align warehouse release timing with your carrier.
